Businext
V1.0 Public Beta — Early access open

The Operating System for Modern Commerce.

Businext unifies your orders, inventory, and payments into a single, high-performance dashboard — for cloud kitchens, online vendors, and multi-branch teams anywhere you operate.

Built for

Kitchens, vendors, and multi-branch teams worldwide

One dashboard for orders, inventory, and integrated payments — the spine behind how you actually operate, not another tab in the browser.

02 — Product tour

Built for vendors who are done juggling tabs

One calm dashboard for every brand and branch you run — stock that respects the kitchen or counter you're standing in, and a storefront your customers can actually trust: clear products, cart, checkout, and payment in one flow. Less chaos behind the counter; more orders that close themselves.

Scale outlets without losing the plot

One site today, another tomorrow — flip between locations in a tap. Open a new branch from the same menu. Everything you sell and count stays tied to the site you're working in, so growth doesn't mean guesswork.

Pick where you're working — stock, sales, and history follow that location automatically. No more “which shop was that order from?”

More than one hustle? One login.

Run your kitchen and your retail line from the same account — switch businesses without signing out, spin up a new brand when you're ready, and always know which world you're in.

Stock that matches reality — per branch

See what's on the shelf where you are, not a fantasy number across all sites. When counts slip toward your threshold, we flag it early so you can restock before you disappoint someone who already told their friends about you.

You choose the line; we surface the warning while you still have time to restock — per product or variant, for the branch you're in.

A shop that looks like yours, not a generic link

Your catalog lives on a clean URL with your name on it. Sizes, bundles, add to cart or buy now — the path from scroll to sale is obvious, so curious browsers turn into paying customers faster.

From “I want it” to “paid” — without the chase

Customers finish delivery details, place the order, and step into secure integrated checkout when it's time to pay. You spend less energy reconciling transfers and more time cooking, packing, and growing.

They check out once; you get a real order and a clean path to payment — less back-and-forth on WhatsApp, fewer “have you paid yet?” threads.

03 — Your rhythm

The beat from your business to their receipt

Five moves that mirror what already happens on Businext — only now you can feel the through-line: less noise behind the pass, more orders that finish clean, and customers who trust the shop you put in their hand. Picture peak hour with nobody shouting “which branch?” or “has she paid?”

  1. 01

Every brand you run, one seat

Side hustle, main business, second label — flip between them like channels on a dial. Add a new business when the idea lands; your dashboard always knows which fire you’re stoking.

  2. 02

New pin on the map, same calm

Another counter, another business drop? Spin up a branch before the ribbon cuts. Your people work where the business is; your numbers never pretend they’re somewhere else.

  3. 03

Whisper before the shelf goes quiet

Stock that respects the branch you’re standing in. When you’re flirting with empty, we tap your shoulder early — so you restock before a customer’s story about you turns awkward.

  4. 04

    Your link becomes the closer

They scroll your real URL, pick variants, fill a cart or hit buy now — no DM ping-pong over price and availability. You look like the operation you already are; they get from craving to checkout without wearing you out.

  5. 05

Money lands where you can find it

Details captured, order locked, payment flows in one motion. End the night knowing what’s paid and what’s pending — fewer “did they send it?” ghosts, more room to plan tomorrow’s rush.

05 — Pricing

Three tiers. Starter stays free — always.

We're still shaping Growth and Scale pricing. If you join early, you get unrestricted access to everything live today and everything we ship on the roadmap until 1 July 2026. After that, published limits apply — but there will always be a free tier.

06 — FAQ

Straight answers before you jump in

The stuff vendors actually ask — pricing, branches, storefront vs dashboard, and what “early access” means on our calendar.

Who is Businext for?
Cloud kitchens, online vendors, and multi-branch retail anywhere — anyone who is tired of stitching storefronts, POS, inventory, and payments across apps that don't talk to each other. If peak hour feels like a group chat emergency, you're the audience.
Is my customer shop the same system as my back office?
Yes. Your catalog, stock, and pricing stay connected — what you manage in the dashboard is what customers see on your storefront. No duplicate spreadsheets between “online” and “the kitchen.”
How do payments work for my buyers?
Checkout is integrated: customers place an order and complete payment through the hosted flow when your gateway returns a payment session. You reduce manual transfer chasing and keep a clearer trail of what is paid and what is still open.
Can I run more than one branch or brand?
Yes. Switch businesses from one login, pick the active branch in the sidebar, and keep inventory honest per location. When you open a new site, add a branch instead of starting a parallel mess in another tool.
What does pricing look like — and what is early access?
We ship three tiers: Starter (free, forever), Growth, and Scale. Paid tier prices are still being finalized. Early adopters get unrestricted access to current and upcoming features through 1 July 2026; after that, published plan limits apply — but there will always be a free Starter tier. See Pricing for the full picture.
Where is Businext live today?
We're in Public Beta. The first operators are onboarding from Lagos while we harden the platform for a broader rollout. Request access from the homepage — we'll open new regions and surfaces as we go. Questions about fit? Contact.
How does Businext compare to Shopify, Medusa, or WooCommerce?
We're not a clone of any one vendor — we focus on unified ops for SMEs (branches, inventory, storefront, payments in one place). For a straight positioning read next to hosted platforms and headless stacks, see Compare platforms.
